Software Licence
iOTA Sphere Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the software MYiOTA on your handset for use in accordance with these terms and conditions. MYiOTA supports most Java phones MIDP2.0 or later, except Windows.
Charges
You will only be charged for the services which you use which have charges or network rates associated with them. Generally you will be clearly notified of any charges. We reserve the right to alter charges in the future at any time without notice. You will be clearly informed of any charges, apart from standard network rates, before you commit to them. You are responsible for the payment of all charges owed to your network provider.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MYiOTA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW NEITHER iOTA SPHERE, ITS LICENSORS OR AFFILIATES NOR THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT MYiOTA WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY THIRD PARTY PATENTS, COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS OR OTHER RIGHTS. THERE IS NO WARRANTY BY iOTA SPHERE OR BY ANY OTHER PARTY THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE SELECTION OF MYiOTA TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT.
Intellectual Property
You may not use, modify, translate, reproduce or transfer the right to use MYiOTA or copy the Software except as expressly provided in this Agreement. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or lease MYiOTA. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of MYiOTA or create derivative works based on the Software. All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in all iOTA Sphere software shall remain at all times property of iOTA Sphere Limited. All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights related to content providers shall remain at all times property of said content provider and shall only be used in accordance with the content providers terms and conditions, details of which are provided in the Service Description.
Technical Support
For problems related to MYiOTA please contact support@iotasphere.com. iOTA Sphere has no obligation to furnish you with technical support unless separately agreed in writing between you and iOTA Sphere.
Limitation of Liability
iOTA Sphere Limited are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, loss of property or the loss of use of property by you or any third party. Our total liability is limited to an amount equal to the charges and fees you have paid to iOTA Sphere.
Data Protection
iOTA Sphere comply with data protection legislation. We may share data with our advertisers or with the content providers. From time to time you may receive messages from us, our sponsors or advertisers. To stop these messages text 'iota stop' to +447786204324.
Termination
iOTA Sphere reserve the right to terminate this agreement and use of the application immediately at any time for any reason and without notice. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting or destroying MYiOTA. Your end user rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice from iOTA Sphere if You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. In such event, you must immediately delete or destroy MYiOTA.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Acceptance
By starting the download, sending MYiOTA to a friend or by registering you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
